What a Wonderful Inheritance We Have in Jesus!
Again, we would like to thank the Lord for a great start in 2008. We have seen God do some amazing things—including the salvation of 33 people over the last three weeks. All of this is possible because of your prayers and support. We want you to know how thankful we are for you and your support You are a vital part of what God is doing through Complete in Christ Ministries and we say “Thank you!” Please continue to pray for us and our May schedule—We are specifically praying for opportunities on May 11 and 18. Also, please pray for opportunities in July and August, as there is not a lot on our calendar for those two months yet. As Paul ends chapter one of his letter to the Colossians he says, “joyously giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.” When you begin to really think about all the Lord has done for you, don’t you want to shout “Thank you, Jesus.” He has qualified us to share in an inheritance. Because of Jesus, the Father has rendered us worthy of an inheritance—an inheritance we cannot earn and certainly do not deserve. But it is ours because of Jesus. One day we will inherit heaven, but please understand that our inheritance began when we said “yes” to a relationship with Jesus. We have the awesome privilege to be blessed from the well of God that never will run dry. It is all possible because of Jesus. Today take some time and think about all you have because of Him. We believe you will be compelled to shout—“Thank you, Jesus!!”
